EXECUTIVE DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLANS
Non-qualified deferred compensation plans allow high income executives and other key employees to defer up to 100% of their compensation, including performance bonuses; business owners can limit the number of employees who participate in a non-qualified deferred compensation plan without any discrimination testing, unlike the ADP testing in qualified plans. Supplementary Executive Retirement Plans allow high-income employees to defer considerably more than the contribution limits allow in qualified retirement plans.
